2020 Palisander Riesling


Fermented in a ceramic egg and left on lees for ten months. The nose is a combination of lemon balm and dried floral  aromatics with oyster shell/wakame savouriness. The palate shows plenty of chalky textural components with the lemon curd fruit supported by a fine and taut acid line contributing tension and energy.

Minimum order 6 bottles; straight or mixed.
