Since I started Stargazer in 2012 I have been overwhelmed by the wonderful support I have received. The Stargazer Wine Club gives me an opportunity to thank my closest group of loyal supporters by ensuring you receive an allocation of my wines each year. This is my way of maintaining contact with those of you who have enabled me to keep doing what I love as well as providing exclusive access to new wines and the first opportunity to attend Stargazer events and tastings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Because Stargazer produces a limited selection of wines, your wine club membership ensures that our stock is primarily reserved for our members. The Palisander club, limited to 200 members, offers our most premium, single vineyard wines such as Palisander Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Meanwhile, both the Explorer Club and Stargazer Community will receive a curated selection chosen by Sam.
There is no joining fee to start your Stargazer membership; however, there is a 12-month (or 2 shipment) commitment.
Once your 12 months has been completed, please email info@stargazerwine.com.au to cancel your membership. You will receive a confirmation that your membership has been cancelled, and unless you choose to opt-out we will keep you looped into our updates via our monthly newsletter.
To finalise your Stargazer membership, please provide your credit card information. All payment details are securely stored behind a firewall and multiple levels of encryption, making them inaccessible to anyone. Your credit card will always be charged on the 20th of your selected delivery month. You can make any changes you need up until the 19th. Unfortunately, once your payment has been processed no edits or updates can be made.
Not a problem at all. Simply let us know via email that you would like to delay your allocation up to one week before your shipment date is due.
Our couriers and Australia Post both require a signature upon delivery, unless you select a safe location to leave when not at home. If this might cause any inconvenience, consider using a PO box or a business address for your convenience.
Absolutely, your member discount will still apply throughout the year and can be used online or in our Tasting Room.
The fully customisable Constellation Club is reserved for loyal Stargazer fans who have supported Sam from the beginning and is limited to 100 spots only. Membership is by invitation only and places only become available when existing members opt out.
Even if you're already a club member, you must create an account on our website to manage your membership online. Your email will be automatically linked to your existing membership when you sign up. There is no risk of creating a duplicate account.
