always look up at the stars
and not down at your feet
A tribute to Abel Tasman
from one island in the South Pacific to another
working with pristine fruit to craft the wines
an environment of extraordinary beauty
gazing towards the heavens
all I have ever wanted to do
the best treasures can be above us
Very pale yellow in colour with green hints, the nose is floral and lifted, showing waxy white flowers; gardenias and jasmine. In the background is pink grapefruit and kaffir lime spiciness. The acid provides structure, drive and backbone to the palate, while the tangy exit is balanced with a judicious touch of residual sugar.
Pale straw in colour with green edges, the nose shows orange rind, musk and ginger aromatics. The palate has volume and generosity yet finishes tight, sapid and long, framed by typical Tasmanian talcy acidity and positive phenolics.
Minimum order 6 bottles; straight or mixed.
